Would you love me if I was only skin?
All my bones grinded up into a fine powder
And my muscles dissolved by acid
Can I be enough as it is?
Your prowess stained me blue
A mighty missionary
Fighting in the name of a departed god
Hot-headed but so soft in the bedroom
How could you settle for skin
When the promise of bones and all
Still lingers in the air
Out the shower
I catch your gaze
Disgusted by what I’ve become
I am all that is left of the human race
A perfect mix of humanity
Androgyny
